Commissions

Hello! Please read all of the information thoroughly before purchasing. If you would like to see some examples of my art, check out my instagram (nyxx_arts)!

♡General Info♡
-No fanart unless you have permission from the original creator!!
-Please be patient with me while you're waiting for your
commission. I am a full-time college student with other
jobs/priorities, and art is merely a hobby of mine. Your drawing
will take about 6-8 weeks to make and get ready to ship out. If
you are ordering multiple drawings, please note that 6-8 weeks
refers to EACH drawing or painting that you purchase!!! If for
whatever reason your commission will not be ready in time, I will
let you know and keep you updated on the process.
-Once the drawing is shipped, I am not responsible for any issues
or delays by the mail carrier.
-I ship internationally, please just message me before purchasing.

PAPER OPTIONS/SIZES:
Toned Tan, Toned Gray, and White; I typically do 9x12inch or 5x7inch pieces, but if you have a specific size you would like please just let me know

PAINTING CANVAS SIZES:
I typically paint on sizes 5x7, 8x8, 8x10, and 12x16 inch stretched canvas. If you have a specific size that you'd like, just let me know!
If your canvas size is bigger then 16x20, you will be responsible for providing the money ahead of time to purchase the canvas. I will send a picture of the canvas with the exact price so you can see how much to pay. Thank you for understanding :)

HOW I CHARGE:
-Before you see the prices, please understand that each piece can take around 6-12 hours (depending on the size, background, and many other factors). I charge $14 an hour, and include the material and shipping price in that. 5x7inch drawings/paintings usually take 6-8, while 9x12inch usually take 8-10.

I charge a deposit of $70 (5 hours worth) upfront for size 5x7 and $84 (6 hours worth) for the size 9x12. The rest will be paid when the artwork is finished. I do this since each piece can take a different amount of time, and want to make it fair. I will message you how many hours it takes once it is finished, and you will pay the remaining on PayPal or my listing. Once the payment is all done, I will ship out your artwork.

If you are purchasing a commission from me for the first time, please select the "5x7" or "9x12" option!! The sections that say "RESERVED" are for those who are repeated commission customers. Please only select "RESERVED" if you have ordered a commission from me before!! If you accidentally click the wrong amount, I will message/refund you and we can sort it out.

Please not that if at any time I feel like I cannot complete your order, I will cancel the transaction and refund the order. This could be due to complications regarding the commission, disrespect towards myself, or any other issues that may arise.

When it comes to cancelling commissions: Please note if you ordered a commission and I have already begun working on it, you will still be required to pay for the time that I have spent. If the drawing is not complete but the order is cancelled, the buyer will not receive the order. Once the drawing is shipped, I can no longer refund the order.

-Commissions after the first one are 15% off, please just remind me if you are a repeat customer.
-Each commission with come with some freebies, and orders over $200 will include some deluxe gifts

Please send me a clear/specific reference picture you would like drawn. You can either send the picture on email, instagram, or Etsy.
